Graphic novels have grown to be an incredible learning resource, not only for encouraging young reluctant readers, but also for sharing eye-opening stories of both fiction and non-fiction alike.
Helping to stimulate the minds of young readers is a large part of our beliefs here at Greenlight.
We encourage public libraries and schools to reach out to us so that we can help share our amazing range of new releases and classics with the next generation.
Our staff have decades of experience in the comic book industry, including the multi-territory published author/illustrator of childrens’ graphic novels Dan McGuiness.
We also offer a special library discount. Our standard prices are very competitive as well.
We are proud to be Gold Sponsors of The Children’s Book Council of Australia’s SA branch (CBCSA).
Their aim is to engage the SA community with quality literature for young Australians, encouraging children’s reading though a variety of community based events.
They support SA authors, illustrators and publishers, and those who provide children’s literature services in schools and the community.
There are 3 different ways to order graphic novels:
Option 1 – You can tell us how much you would like to spend per month, we then select new graphic novels for you. We let you know what has been selected (in case any changes need to be made), then send them out to you with an invoice at the end of the month. This is our most popular option.
Option 2 – You can give us a list of specific titles, which we then send out to you at the end the month with an invoice.
Option 3 – You can come into our shop and we will personally help you choose your titles off the shelf. We then invoice them up and send them out to you.
